আলুটিলা গুহা বাংলাদেশের খাগড়াছড়ি জেলায় অবস্থিত একটি প্রাকৃতিক গুহা।

 স্থানীয়রা যাকে বলে মাতাই হাকড় বা দেবতার গুহা। এই গুহাটির ভিতরের পরিবেশ খুবই অন্ধকার। ছোট্ট বাশের মশাল গুহায় চলার একমাত্র সংজ্ঞী। গুহাটির উচ্চতা মাঝে মাঝে খুব কম হওয়ায় একপর্যায়ে অনেক নিচু হয়েও যেতে হয়। আলুটিলা গুহায় ঢোকার জন্য প্রথমেই টিকেট কেটে নিতে হবে মূল গেট থেকে। এরপর মশাল কিনে নিতে হবে। প্রধান গেট দিয়ে ঢোকার পরে বেশ খানিকটা পাহাড়ি পথ পেরুলেই মিলবে গুহার সন্ধান। গুহার পাথর গুলো খুবই পিচ্ছিল, এই জন্য ভাল হয় ট্রেকিং সু পড়ে যাওয়া। নিরাপত্তার জন্য মোবাইল টর্চ বা টর্চ লাইট নিয়ে যেতে পারেন সঙ্গে। অ্যাডভেঞ্চার ও ভ্রমন পিপাসুদের একবার হলেও ঘুরে আসা উচিত এই গুহাটি।

How to go

From Khagrachhari, you can go to Dhaka on peace, Shyamoli, Hanif and other transport buses. Rent will be Tk 520-550 The BRTC or the St.Martin Paribahan AC buses are also in Khagrachari. From Khagrachari city to Chand car or local bus, you will have to go to Alutila Tourism Center.
